This month 13 new colleagues have joined GCH as we take our cleaning service in-house.
This change will give us more control and help us respond more quickly when things aren’t as they should be. Instead of passing issues to a contractor, we’ll be able to deal with them directly.
Three customers have been involved in setting up the new service, and they’ll continue to help us keep an eye on how it’s working in practice. Laura, our new Service Quality Engagement Officer, is also visiting schemes to hear directly from customers about what’s working and what needs to improve.
