New GCH Homes

Our Development Strategy outlines how we plan to build a further 400 new, high quality homes over the next 5 years for people that need them.

Future Plans

We are currently developing homes at Henley Bank (Brockworth), Innsworth Lane Farm, Whittle Square (Brockworth), Northgate Street, the former Robinswood Pub (Matson) and Hempsted Lane.

Keep up to date with our new developments on our News Page.

How to apply

All rental properties are let through Homeseeker Plus and we cannot take any direct applications. If a new property meets your needs, you will be able to bid on it through Homeseeker Plus in the same way as our other properties.

Visit our Shared Ownership page to find out more about part rent, part buy homes.
