You must create an online account with Homeseeker Plus and the Council will assess your application. They will give you a banding based on your housing needs.
Once your application is registered you can check available homes and bid for them online.
Please bear in mind that Homeseeker Plus system changed in September. Now, rather than properties being advertised weekly new homes can now be uploaded between Monday and Friday each week. We recommend that you set up ‘property alerts’ so that you are notified when a home that meets your criteria becomes open for bidding.
