Charlie Morefield
Director of People, Culture and Communications
Charlie joined GCH as Head of People, Culture and Communications in August 2022 to develop our People and Communications Strategy and shape how we deliver these services, driving a cultural change that supports us in becoming a truly great place to work.
Charlie began his HR career at Tewkesbury Borough Council before a move into the waste sector at Ubico based in Cheltenham. Charlie has been in the Social Housing sector since 2017 working for a large housing provider prior to joining GCH where he gathered a wide range of knowledge and experience alongside becoming fully CIPD qualified.
Charlie is passionate about the importance of an authentic and inclusive leadership style, empowering our colleagues to deliver great services for our customers.
