Welcoming Matson’s newest residents
This week we visited the new tenants at our latest new build development in Matson.
Previously, the site was a disused block of garages known locally for being a fly-tipping hotspot and an area with anti-social behaviour issues, but now, it has been developed into two family homes and a level access bungalow.

Chloe and her two children are the new residents of the second family home. The family were in need of their own space after living in a family member’s front room following a relationship breakdown. Chloe adds “I couldn’t believe our luck and the house is just amazing. It’s so life-changing to have a safe and stable place of our own where the children have space to play and grow.”
