Make a Report via MyGCH

All customers can now make a direct enquiry to us via their MyGCH account.

When you are in MyGCH,  simply log in and click the ‘Contact Us’ button. You will then be able to complete a short form to tell us your enquiry, without needing to provide your contact details. 

Once a report is made, it will be sent directly to our Customer Experience Team who will be able to resolve or signpost your query to the correct team. You will also get an email confirmation including a case ID.
