Rachel Evans is the GCH colleague representative who sits on the Colleagues and Culture Committee. Rachel is the Chair of the internal ‘Colleague Voices’ group which is an employee-led group that was established in 2023.
In her day job Rachel is GCH’s ‘Business Systems Improvement Manager’ working within the IT projects team.
