Natalie is an experienced housing professional, who has worked in housing for over 20 years, and has a passion for delivery of excellent customer services. Natalie has experience of managing multi-disciplined teams across varying housing services and is committed to the improvement and development of services.
Natalie has worked at GCH since 2018 where she started leading the Income & Tenancy Sustainment Team, then in 2020 moved into the role of Head of Housing and Communities, overseeing all Housing functions and frontline service delivery.
