GCH is changing how it collects Direct Debits

Due to an update of our direct debit service with allpay, GCH is now able to set up and process direct debits in 7 days rather than 12.
Direct debit payments will now show on customers’ bank statements as ‘allpay’ rather than ‘Gloucester City Homes’. The change will take effect automatically and customers don’t need to take any further action. Customers who pay by direct debit will receive a letter like the example below.
