We are delighted to launch three brand new homes for affordable rent in Headlam Close, Tuffley.
The development, built on a former caravan parking-lot, consists of two 2-bed houses and a 2-bed dormer bungalow which were built by local company Aqua Construction.
Robert Panou, Head of Development and Assets at GCH says, “Despite the delays that the lockdown brought, we are really pleased to continue building and letting new properties safely. Although this is only a small scheme, these homes provide more suitable housing for local residents, allowing them to free up properties for others who are waiting.”
Gloucester City Homes has now delivered 210 new affordable homes around the City since 2015 and have started work on a further 230 to help with the high demand for affordable housing within the County.
