The regeneration consultation event for Podsmead that we recently wrote to all residents about has unfortunately been cancelled, in response to the new government guidance forbidding gatherings of more than 6 people.
Although it has been a difficult decision to make, resident and staff safety must be our first priority and given the recent increase in virus transmission rates, we believe that it is right to postpone community events at this time.
We do intend however to rearrange the events as soon as we can in 2021. In the meantime we will still publish our current draft plans in October, online and on community noticeboards
and we encourage you to take a look at these. This will hopefully provide the whole community with the opportunity to have their say on the new regeneration plans for Podsmead.
We will continue to work towards making these plans a reality and welcome your feedback.
