Ready, Steady, Knit!
We’ve teamed up with Age UK Gloucestershire to fundraise for their Big Knit campaign. Customers in our Independent Living schemes have been busy knitting tiny hats for Innocent Smoothie bottles. As well as raising a smile, each behatted bottle raises 30p for older person services in Gloucestershire.
So far our customers at Badger Vale, Broom House, Charter Court, Dickens Close, Halford House, Nightingale House and Oliver Close have knitted around 250 hats while our colleagues have donated spare wool.
