We are delighted to announce the launch of two brand new housing developments in the Kingsholm and westgate area early in 2021. The two developments include 29 one-bed flats and 26 two-bed flats for affordable rent. The vacancies are being marketed through Homeseeker Plus in partnership with Gloucester City Council and will be let in accordance with the agreed Local Lettings Plan.
