In September we took a trip to Amazon HQ in London to attend the Tenants & Residents Innovation Day hosted by Disruptive Innovators Network (DIN).
We attended the day with two GCH customers, and took part in the range of talks and workshops on offer. The day’s events covered:
- AI and technology,
- proactivity vs reactivity,
- Amazon innovations and problem solving techniques,
- recognising real problems and create the appropriate solutions,
- changes in the field,
- bringing ideas to life through an interactive craft session,
- and more!
These sessions gave us the opportunity to work collaboratively and provided us with valuable insights from different perspectives. It was an engaging and thought-provoking day with lots to takeaway.
