We’ve listened to customer feedback and are making a small change to our monthly drop-in service at our GCH Customer Hub, where you can come along and chat with members of our team.
From January 2026, our face-to-face drop in sessions will take place on the last Friday of the month.
These sessions give the chance for customers to come along and speak to us in person, without needing to book an appointment. Chat will colleagues from our housing, customer experience, homeless and income and tenancy sustainment teams.
