New GCH Homes

We have been delivering new Affordable Homes in and around the City of Gloucester since becoming a Housing Association in March 2015. Since April 2015 we have built over 500 new homes for local people. They have been for Social Rent, Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership.

Our Development Strategy outlines how we plan to build a further 400 new, high quality homes over the next 5 years for people that need them.

All rental properties are let through Homeseeker Plus and we cannot take any direct applications. If a new property meets your needs, you will be able to bid on it through Homeseeker Plus in the same way as our other properties.

Cape Homes is a local housebuilding company with over 25 years experience. As well as building new homes, they also complete conversion projects and have been recognised for excellence by local planning authorities and awards. Our partnership with Cape Homes to incorporate 13^th century ruins in Tanners Hall was notably recognised for its sensitivity to design and build.
