Rachael Sivewright

Rachael Sivewright is a Chartered Certified Accountant and a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers. She brings over 13 years of broad finance experience spanning commercial aviation, manufacturing, and construction. Rachael entered the housing sector in 2019 when she joined the corporate finance team at LiveWest as a qualified accountant.
Rachael now leads LiveWest’s Treasury function, where she has played a central role in strengthening the organisation’s financial position and supporting its investment ambitions. She has overseen the development of LiveWest’s Sustainable Finance Framework and delivered a number of significant financing transactions, including key issuances through the Group’s EMTN programme, enhancing the organisation’s access to efficient and flexible funding through the capital markets.
Rachael is passionate about improving the supply and quality of affordable homes. She believes that building organisational resilience while maintaining a strong resident-focused approach is essential to navigating sector challenges and ensuring long-term, sustainable delivery.
