Andrew Pickervance
Director of Finance
Andrew is an experienced housing finance professional, who’s worked in the sector for over 28 years, first joining GCH in November 2021 as Head of Finance and then Director of Finance in March 2024.
Prior to joining GCH, Andrew worked for four other housing associations, including a nationwide housing association and a stock transfer organisation.
Andrew is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, who’s been fully qualified for over 20 years. As Director of Finance, he’s responsible for the day-to-day financial and treasury management at GCH.
