We’re developing new 24/7 digital access to our services.  To get this right, we want to involve customers from the very beginning. By joining the project group, you’ll be helping us create services that are quicker, simpler and more convenient for you and for the wider GCH community.

Then you’re already qualified. We’re looking for real customer experience, so all that matters is your honest feedback.

 What’s involved?

There are a few ways you can take part, and how much you get involved is completely up to you. This could include:

  • Joining a focus group in January to share your thoughts on what works (and what doesn’t).
  • Taking part in a short survey or reviewing our early ideas.
  • Helping us test design concepts or try out demos.
  • Giving feedback as we choose the right provider and set things up later in the year.
What’s in it for you

You’ll be directly shaping the future of GCH services, making life easier for you and thousands of other customers. We’ll also cover any out-of-pocket expenses, such as travel costs to a GCH site. As a thank you for your time, we’ll provide gift vouchers for the activities you take part in.

What to expect

We’re still finalising the project plan, but we currently expect:

  • January: 2-hour focus group (in person or online)
  • February: Up to 2 hours to review our findings
  • March: Around 3 hours of demos, spread over several weeks
  • Later in the year: Monthly sessions of around 2 hours for configuration and testing
  • Final provider selection: Around 1 hour
