The LGBTQ+ Household Pledge is a promise made by housing providers like GCH to treat everyone fairly, no matter who they are or who they love. It was created to help make sure that LGBTQ+ people feel safe and supported in their homes.
This Pledge is important because it helps us listen to LGBTQ+ residents and make sure their needs are met. It’s not just about saying we support everyone; it’s about actually demonstrating things that make a difference.
At GCH, we’ve promised to:

- Continue training our staff to support everyone’s needs.

For our LGBTQ+ customers, this pledge means that you’ll always have a voice at GCH. We’re here to listen, support you, and make sure you feel at home, because everyone should feel ‘it’s good to be home’.
