Partnership invests £150 million to deliver 727 affordable homes for Gloucestershire

We are part of the Gloucestershire Homes and Communities Partnership (GHCP), a group of housing associations and councils working together to increase the supply of affordable homes across Gloucestershire.

In the previous financial year, the partnership invested £150 million to deliver 727 new affordable homes across Gloucestershire.

With demand for affordable housing rising, GCH as part of GHCP remain focused on building more homes, investing in people, and shaping places where residents feel safe, supported, and proud to live.

GHCP brings together seven housing organisations that collectively own and manage over 35,000 affordable homes in Gloucestershire. We provide homes to improve life chances, support aspiration and build better social mobility. Gloucestershire Homes and Communities Partnership members are independent organisations with a set of unified objectives and values.

The group comprises of Bromford, Cheltenham Borough Council Housing Services, Gloucester City Homes, GreenSquareAccord, Rooftop Housing Group, Stroud District Council, and Two Rivers Housing. Together we represent 73% of all the social housing across Gloucestershire.
