Three GCH customers have joined our working group to help shape how we deliver our cleaning services in the future.
The group will work alongside GCH colleagues to review how cleaning services are currently delivered across our homes and neighbourhoods, and explore opportunities to improve consistency and quality.
By involving customers at this stage, we can make sure the service reflects what’s important to them.
Over the coming months, the working party will look at customer feedback, value for money, and how cleaning standards are monitored and reviewed.
As part of this work, we’ll also be recruiting a Service Quality Engagement Officer – someone dedicated to working closely with customers to make sure the cleaning service continues to meet their needs.
