Replacing Customer Forum, the Tenant Panel consists of up to 12 tenant representatives who are either tenants themselves or family members living with a GCH tenant, getting together regularly to influence and shape the services and direction of GCH, ensuring that we fulfill our promises and comply with the HCA’s Consumer Standards.

One of the roles of the new Tenant Panel will be to review feedback from the annual tenant conference, performance data and customer feedback to identify topics and issues requiring further inspection and to then co-ordinate Challenge and Change scrutiny reviews of those areas.
