All staff receive regular 121’s with their managers, which enables performance to be monitored. We also have in place an annual appraisal process, where objectives are reviewed and set for the following year. This process also helps to identify training needs that individuals have to help them develop further in their roles.
We shape and tailor our services to meet the needs of our customers and continuously ask our customers for their feedback so we as an organisation can continue to learn and grow.
