Your people in GCH have delivered an outstanding and impressive performance against the Standard. Your people are both effective and optimistic, they positively embrace change driven by a passion to excel and deliver exemplary service to their tenants. You and the senior team have given people strong leadership but at the same time listened to and embraced the ideas positively ‘fizzing’ from your people. The culture is open, supportive and inclusive. Everyone, with whom I spoke, demonstrated concern for the success of their team and the whole GCH team as well as for themselves. There is a great deal of personal generosity between your people at every level in sharing knowledge, capability and the workload. People take responsibility for the achievements required of their team.
