From 19th November 2025, we are making changes to how customers can pay rent and other GCH charges.
We are switching our payment service provider to PayPoint. This will give customers more flexibility in how they can pay rent and other GCH charges.
Each payment made to GCH is linked to a unique Payment Account Number (PAN). When making a payment (whether online, by phone, at PayPoint, or by bank transfer), please check you’re using the correct PAN for the charge you’re paying. We’ve written to all customers with their unique PAN in the form of a barcode.
Below are all the ways you can now make payments.
