We are pleased to announce that four of GCH new housing developments, built by Aqua Construction, where shortlisted for awards at the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) West of England.
The awards recognise and assess a number of elements including technical innovation, high levels of compliance, outstanding craftsmanship and performance.
The nominated developments were Winsley Road, Matson (9x houses, flats and a medically adapted bungalow for rent and rent to buy), Edward Massie Gardens, Matson (15x flats for rent), Amberley Road, Matson (3x houses for rent to buy) and Standish Gate, Standish (5x houses for rent and shared ownership). The schemes were nominated in the categories of best small new housing development and best social housing/affordable housing development.
Standish Gate, which is a mixed tenure scheme consisting of private and affordable housing was recognised as a ‘highly commended’ entry in the best small new housing development category.
