Each scheme has an officer onsite to assist with tenancy related matters and helping residents to stay independent and safe in their homes.
The properties are a mixture of one and two bed properties and many have onsite communal facilities for the community to use.
We are unable to take any direct applications for our sheltered housing as allocation is run through Homeseeker Plus, whose website you can visit using this link.

We deliver a wide range of activities across our sheltered housing schemes focusing on Health and Wellbeing and combating social isolation. View our events by clicking this link, these are open to anyone over the age of 55.

Everyone living in our sheltered scheme can access help from our Sheltered Officers and GCH Tenancy Sustainment Team who are dedicated to supporting tenants in maintaining their independence for as long as possible through tenancy sustainment, offering advice and support in many areas, including:
All tenants have the option of having a Lifelink telecare alarm unit installed, providing the reassurance of help if needed. There is a small weekly charge for this service. You can visit the Lifelink website by clicking this link. Lifelink now also offers a responder service where we can act as your emergency contact.
We know that as loved ones get older or if they experience health problems. This can be a real worry for them, family, friends and carers. Lifelink ensures help is with you when you need it, whilst still being able to carry on with daily lives.
Lifelink is a 24-hour telecare alarm service. We provide you or your loved one with the ability to call for help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In times of emergency, help is just the push of a button away. You can call from anywhere in your home, even in your garden.
