Gloucester City Homes are introducing a new format of tenancy with ‘Rent to Buy’. This government scheme offers newly built homes for rent with a 20% discount against market rent, with the idea that tenants use this discount as an opportunity to save towards buying the home.
After a 5 year period tenants will be given the option to buy the house through a mortgage or through shared ownership.
The first properties available through this scheme are 3 one-bed bungalows and 3 two-bed hours, both in Matson.
Update 21st March 2018 – We do not currently have any properties available through rent to buy format.
