Gloucester City Homes (GCH) has been renamed as one of ‘The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For’ in the not-for-profit category.
The achievement was announced at an awards event in London on 21st February where Gloucester City Homes were unveiled as ranking the 71st top employer in the prestigious and nationwide list of companies.
The award recognises excellence in the workplace across numerous areas including leadership and organisational values, training and prospects, wellbeing, teamwork, employee engagement, and how the organisation contributes to the wider community.
The accreditation is based on feedback from 139 staff, which examines the ins-and-outs of company life and work environment.
Tara Jones, Property Care Team Leader and GCH Employee of the Year who attended the awards ceremony said: “I was incredibly privileged and proud to be standing in a room with other organisations who do what we do, and say that we are one of the best.”
