Since April GCH (Gloucester City Homes) have launched and handed over 26 new high quality homes in Hunts Grove, Hardwicke. By September this number will increase to 40 new affordable homes at the site.
The selection of two, three and four bed homes built by Crest Nicholson provide great opportunities for local people in need of housing in the Stroud District.
Robert Panou, Head of Development at GCH comments: ‘We are really pleased to launch these houses as they are some of the best affordable housing properties that I have seen in terms of their setting, size and features. GCH is proud that these units will provide high quality, warm and affordable homes for generations to come.’
Kaye Law-Fox, GCH Board Member added: ‘As a board we are committed to increasing affordable housing in and around Gloucester as well as maintaining existing homes. These homes provide great opportunities and it is great seeing residents moving in at a similar time and building a community from the start.’
Since 2015 GCH has delivered 180 new homes for local people in and around Gloucester and has ambitious plans to take this number to over 450 by 2024.
