Jennifer Griffiths is a customer experience professional who has led multi-disciplinary teams within the social housing sector. She is currently working on a nationally significant infrastructure project and is using her skills of operational delivery, project management and community engagement.
Jennifer has 7 years experience on other housing association boards where she led on performance management, customer engagement and housing services. Her qualifications including a MSc Housing and Regeneration, Diploma in Housing, Public Policy and Law Degree. Jennifer is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
She is also a member of the Audit & Risk Committee and Investment & Development Committee.
