Hire a Room

Did you know that you can hire a room from GCH? We are committed to promoting community involvement and social cohesion and as a part of this we offer room hire at our Community Hubs.

The hubs also offer affordable spaces for local groups to bring people together and integrate communities. All profits are reinvested back into the facilities. Rooms are available at:

Broom House (Robinswood)
Charter Court (Barton)
Clapham Court (Kingsholm)
Halford House (Podsmead)
Nightingale House (Abbeydale)
Oliver Close (Tuffley)

We welcome bookings from organisations and individuals who wish to offer activities and events that our tenants could be involved in.

A communal room can be hired, subject to the activity /group being suitable for the room. The costs are:

£25 per daytime session – Charities or Community Groups
£25 per evening session – Charities or Community Groups
£35 per session for Business Use

Public Liability Insurance (If activity involves instruction or a procedure, a copy of the instructors training certificates and insurance MUST be sent via email to customer.services@gch.co.uk using your date and time as a reference). We would need Insurance Name, Policy Number and Date.
