Slatter Electrical will be visiting our Independent Living schemes this November to carry out annual Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) in communal areas.
They’ll also be available to test any personal electrical appliances you’d like checked for safety.
Visit dates:

🏘️ Halford House – Tuesday 25 November (AM)
🏘️ Nightingale House – Wednesday 26 November (AM)
🏘️ Oliver Close – Thursday 27 November (AM)
You can bring items such as:
• Christmas lights and decorations
• Extension leads or power cables
• Any appliances used in communal areas
Safety reminders:
⚡ Electrical items in communal areas must be PAT tested – untested items will need to be removed.
🎄 Christmas decorations and external displays must be checked before being put up.
🕯️ Candles aren’t permitted in communal areas and aren’t recommended in homes due to fire risks.
