From the 1st November our Customer Hub has moved to the other end of Railway House on Bruton Way.
The Customer Hub will continue to be open for pre-arranged appointments only and the area will not be staffed so we will be unable to see you if you turn up without an appointment.
During the COVID Pandemic our reception has been open for appointments only and we are now continuing with this approach following positive customer feedback. We have adapted our services and are focusing upon making them easier for you to access, with our staff working flexibly in your area rather than in a central office. Our staff will soon start to work in ‘patch teams’ so there are dedicated staff for your community. This means if a visit is needed our staff will try and come to you. We have updated many of our processes to make it easier for our customers to provide information and documents without the need to meet face to face.
Despite this we understand that there will be some occasions where you may need to come in and meet our staff face to face and having a Customer Hub offers a space to do this when needed.
