Sometimes, things go wrong and when they do, it's good to know that there is someone who can put them right. PropertyCare our in house Repairs team are dedicated to providing high quality, customer focused service and to getting repairs right first time.

The team undertakes work such as day to day repairs, including emergency and routine work, and provide our annual Home Safety Checks. The team also prepare our new homes for new tenants. They work with a range of professional contractors to ensure that your home is properly repaired and maintained.

   

 

How to report a repair

The easiest way to report a repair is through our online repair system

If you would prefer to report a repair by telephone, call 01452 424344 followed by option 2. Our customer service team are available to help between 08.00am and 17.00pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 11.00am and 17.00pm, Wednesday. Outside of these hours, our out of hours service is always available to help you with any emergencies.
