At Gloucester City Homes we aim to be an excellent landlord and a valued employer, this is demonstrated by the many awards and accreditations we have gained:
|In 2015 we achieved re-accreditation with the Customer Service Excellence Award, with a higher than ever level of Compliance Plus ratings. In the 2015 inspection we achieved full compliance in all 57 elements of the inspection along with 37 Compliance Plus awards, meaning that services in those 37 areas exceed the standards set and are examples of national best practice.
|In April 2016, GCH was assessed and reviewed against the BSI ISO 9001:2008 standard inspection and remains fully compliant, with no non conformities identified. This demonstrates that GCH operates to the highest levels of quality and service, meeting internationally recognised standards.
|We have been successful in retaining the Diversity Champion Award, which is the leading International Diversity Mark recognising and promoting organisational excellence and achievement in Diversity. Our overall application score was 97% (an increase for 95% in 2015) and we were highly commended for our approaches in terms of internal and external events and initiatives.|
|We have been recognised by the two ticks scheme which is given to employers who have agreed to take action to meet five commitments regarding the employment, retention, training and career development of disabled employees.|
|In February 2016, GCH achieved number 58 in the “The Sunday Times Best Not-for-Profit Companies to Work For 2016”, climbing 8 places from the previous survey.|
In April 2016, GCH secured Investors in People Gold for the third time.
With only 16% of UK employers accredited with the Investors in People standard and only 7% of those having achieved the Gold standard, places Gloucester City Homes amongst the best in the country.
