16 Days of Action Against Domestic Abuse

16 Days of Activism Against Domestic Abuse 2025

16 Days of Activism starts on Tuesday 25 November – International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and runs until Wednesday 10 December – Human Rights Day.

It’s an international campaign to call for an end to violence against women and girls (VAWG). Over 16 Days, people across the UK and around the world will speak out, stand up, and take action — to demand a future where every woman and girl can live free from violence and fear.

We are supporting Gloucestershire 16 Days of Activism in partnership with the Domestic Abuse Local Partnership Board and nationally with the Chartered Institute of Housing’s ‘Make A Stand’ pledge.

At GCH we are working towards DAHA accreditation to ensure we deliver safe and effective responses to domestic abuse.
